Responsibilities
- Perform manual and mechanized planting, cultivating, and harvesting of crops
- Operate and maintain agricultural machinery (tractors, harvesters, irrigation systems)
- Monitor crop health and report pest/disease issues to supervisors
- Adhere to safety protocols and sustainable farming practices
- Assist with packing, sorting, and loading harvested produce
- Maintain clean and organized work areas and equipment
- Participate in team-based farm operations as required
Qualifications
- Physical ability to perform strenuous outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Minimum 6 months prior agricultural or farm experience required
- Valid H2A visa eligibility (or willingness to obtain sponsorship)
- Basic English communication skills for team coordination
- Valid driver's license preferred for equipment operation
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and early mornings
