Responsibilities
- Plant, cultivate, and harvest tropical fruits and vegetables
- Operate farm machinery including tractors and harvesters
- Maintain irrigation systems and crop health monitoring
- Perform quality control sorting and packing of produce
- Adhere to food safety protocols and EPA standards
- Assist with greenhouse maintenance and pest management
- Participate in team-based harvesting operations
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2A visa sponsorship
- Ability to perform physically demanding farm labor
- Basic English communication skills required
- Previous agriculture/farming experience preferred
- Valid driver's license a plus
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass pre-employment physical examination
- Reliable transportation to farm location
