Responsibilities
- Execute daily picking, packing, and shipping operations with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and in compliance with all safety protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure order accuracy and quality standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform inventory counts and stock organization as directed by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday - Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
