Responsibilities
- Oversee night shift warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Train and mentor team members on safety protocols and efficient workflow processes
- Monitor performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure seamless 24/3 operations
- Resolve operational issues and maintain compliance with company policies
- Conduct daily safety inspections and enforce OSHA standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years warehouse/supervisory experience
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong knowledge of inventory management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
