Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely and efficiently use forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to move inventory throughout the warehouse.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, adhering to strict quality standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, perform cycle counts, and update inventory records in our WMS system.
- Safety Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency and resolve issues promptly.
- Load and Unload: Safely load and unload trucks using proper equipment and techniques.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical tasks in various weather conditions.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) on a consistent schedule.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and quality control in inventory management.
- Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently for safety and operational clarity.
