Responsibilities
- Manage inbound/outbound logistics with precision scanning and inventory control
- Operate electric pallet jacks, forklifts, and automated sorting systems
- Maintain OSHA compliance in all material handling and storage activities
- Optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency and safety standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on inventory reconciliation
- Train new associates on SOPs and equipment protocols
- Generate daily performance reports for operational analysis
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Proficient with WMS software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong attention to detail in inventory management
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work independently under minimal supervision
