Responsibilities
- Lead weekend warehouse operations ensuring efficiency and safety compliance
- Manage team of 10-15 associates, assigning tasks and monitoring performance
- Oversee inventory management, shipping/receiving, and quality control
- Implement process improvements to optimize weekend productivity
- Conduct daily safety briefings and maintain OSHA compliance
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless transition
- Resolve operational issues and escalate complex challenges
- Generate weekend performance reports for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience required
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in inventory management systems (WMS)
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Flexible availability for weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Experience with automated conveyor systems preferred
