Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and stage incoming inventory according to organizational standards.
- Execute picking, packing, and shipping orders with a focus on speed and zero error rates.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse machinery (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently during shift hours.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory reconciliation to ensure stock accuracy.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to meet daily shipping targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong attention to detail and basic computer literacy.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not mandatory.
