Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move merchandise within the warehouse using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Verify accuracy of incoming and outgoing inventory through scanning and counting.
- Package and label products according to shipping standards to ensure safe delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Assist in organizing warehouse aisles and maintaining optimal storage conditions.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and management regarding inventory levels and potential issues.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Phoenix facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
