Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Perform daily cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Machinery Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Shipping & Receiving: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy, and process necessary paperwork.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free workspace at all times.
- Quality Control: Ensure all products are packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- License: Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
