Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate counts, stock replenishment, and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Order Fulfillment: Pack, label, and prepare products for shipping with strict attention to detail.
- Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) to move materials safely and efficiently.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Experience: Previous warehouse, logistics, or logistics coordination experience is preferred but not required.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Skills: Basic math skills, ability to read labels and pick tickets, and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
