Responsibilities
- Operate Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming stock to ensure inventory levels meet company standards.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure workplace for everyone.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and team members to ensure operational goals are met daily.
- Quality Control: Perform routine checks on products to ensure they meet quality specifications before shipping.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we provide paid training for the right candidates.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
