Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders according to weekend delivery schedules
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely and efficiently
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records
- Maintain clean, organized, and OSHA-compliant work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve weekend operational issues
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
