Responsibilities
- Accurately process incoming and outgoing shipments using RF scanners
- Maintain organized inventory in 100,000+ sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely
- Perform quality control checks on products before dispatch
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet nightly quotas
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company standards
- Complete detailed documentation using warehouse management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly with proper technique
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic computer literacy with willingness to learn new systems
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
