Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor 10-15 overnight warehouse associates to maintain peak productivity
- Implement and enforce safety protocols, OSHA standards, and inventory control systems
- Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, dock operations, and order fulfillment processes
- Utilize WMS software for real-time inventory tracking and data analysis
- Resolve operational issues and optimize workflow efficiency during night shifts
- Conduct daily inspections and maintain compliance with quality standards
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years warehouse management experience with night shift exposure
- Forklift certification and OSHA 30-hour training required
- Proficiency in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong leadership skills with proven team development capabilities
- Ability to make data-driven decisions under pressure during peak hours
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional coordination
- Associates degree in Supply Chain or Logistics preferred
