Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently and safely, ensuring accurate inventory counts and documentation.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering strictly to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
- Organize stock in the warehouse to optimize storage space and retrieval processes.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for our clients.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to prevent errors.
- Assist in inventory cycle counts and reporting discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly with or without assistance.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory accuracy.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
