Responsibilities
- Source and attract technical talent via LinkedIn, GitHub, and niche job boards using SEO-optimized job postings
- Conduct virtual interviews and assessments for engineering, data science, and product roles
- Develop recruitment strategies with hiring managers to address urgent weekend hiring needs
- Manage full-cycle recruitment pipeline in Greenhouse with meticulous documentation
- Implement SEO best practices to increase job visibility and candidate conversion rates
- Build diverse talent pipelines through targeted outreach and community engagement
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding for weekend positions
Qualifications
- 3+ years technical recruiting experience with weekend/shift work exposure
- Proven expertise in SEO for job postings and candidate attraction strategies
- Strong technical understanding of software development lifecycle and tech stacks
- Advanced proficiency in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment analytics
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to engage passive candidates remotely
- Portfolio demonstrating successful SEO-driven recruitment campaigns
- Certification in technical recruiting or talent acquisition preferred
- Must be available to work Saturday-Sunday (Pacific Time) with flexible weekday hours
