Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support and customer service to clients during peak weekend hours.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues efficiently.
- Document all interactions and resolutions in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the central support team to escalate complex technical issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
