Responsibilities
- Data Management: Accurately input and maintain complex data sets in our CRM and inventory management systems.
- Customer Assistance: Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding orders, deliveries, and account status with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular audits of physical and digital inventory to ensure stock levels match records.
- Reporting: Generate weekly shift reports highlighting key performance metrics and any operational bottlenecks.
- Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Monday-Friday operations team to ensure seamless handovers and continuity of service.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associateās degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, data entry, or logistics support.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and familiarity with database software.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends consistently (Saturday and Sunday).
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal communication skills, and a high level of reliability.
