- Assist in maintaining up-to-date customer records and filing documentation.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Identify trends in customer feedback to suggest process improvements.
- Perform data entry tasks with high attention to detail and accuracy.
- Support the sales team by providing product information to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; technical certifications are a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing proficiency.
- Willingness to relocate to Detroit, MI (Relocation package included).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
