Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming seasonal inquiries from H2B visa applicants.
- Provide exceptional customer support via email, chat, and phone systems.
- Update and maintain accurate records of seasonal applicant data in our CRM.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth workflow during peak periods.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new seasonal staff members.
- Prepare weekly reports on seasonal progress and team performance.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or currently hold a valid H2B visa.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment.
- Previous experience in customer service or administrative support is preferred.
