Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment using warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area in strict adherence to safety regulations and OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Valid Driver's License is preferred.
