Responsibilities
- Manage 10-15 night shift associates, ensuring safety protocols and productivity targets
- Coordinate inbound/outbound logistics using WMS systems
- Conduct quality audits and inventory management
- Train staff on equipment operation (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Resolve operational issues during overnight shifts
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless transitions
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience
- Forklift certification required
- Proficiency in WMS (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
- Strong problem-solving and leadership abilities
- Availability for 10 PM - 6 AM shifts, weekends
- OSHA safety certification preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly
