Responsibilities
- Accurately process inbound/outbound shipments using RF scanners and inventory management systems
- Maintain organized warehouse environment through systematic stocking and pallet arrangement
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Conduct quality inspections to ensure product integrity before shipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational bottlenecks
- Complete detailed documentation and reporting for shift activities
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand/walk for entire shifts
- Valid driver's license and forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Availability to work 12-hour night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) with flexible scheduling
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Reliable transportation to our 24/7 facility
