Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting via phone, email, and chat during weekend hours.
- Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues efficiently to ensure 100% uptime.
- Document all interactions, solutions, and technical notes in the CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with the weekday support team to escalate critical issues and share insights.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while managing high-volume ticket queues.
- Assist in the implementation of new support tools and process improvements.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or technical helpdesk roles.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on clarity and empathy.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during shift hours.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification is a plus.
- Reliable internet connection and home office setup (if remote) or willingness to commute to our Sacramento office.
