Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 technical support via phone, chat, and email during weekend shifts.
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction scores.
- Log and track all interactions accurately within our ticketing system (Zendesk/ServiceNow).
- Maintain a professional remote workspace and adhere to company security protocols.
- Collaborate with the Monday-Friday team to ensure seamless handovers.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and new software releases.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in IT or related field is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or technical support is preferred.
- Must have a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet home office.
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays consistently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and excellent verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer operations and Microsoft Office Suite.
