Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware/software issues across enterprise systems
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, and network peripherals
- Document technical procedures and create knowledge base articles
- Collaborate with senior engineers to resolve complex technical challenges
- Participate in IT infrastructure projects and system upgrades
