Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend shift operations including inventory management, order fulfillment, and team coordination
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies during all shift activities
- Train and mentor new team members on equipment operation and standard procedures
- Resolve operational issues efficiently to maintain productivity targets
- Conduct quality checks and report discrepancies to management
- Prepare shift reports documenting performance metrics and incidents
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for seamless workflow transition
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse environments
- Valid forklift certification and ability to operate industrial equipment
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication skills for team coordination and customer interaction
- Ability to work flexible weekends and holidays as required
- Basic proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS)
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications preferred
