Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 team members during weekend operations
- Ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefs
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies
- Coordinate with day-shift managers for seamless transitions
- Resolve operational issues promptly and professionally
- Complete shift reports and performance documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid California driver's license (preferred)
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
