Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage inventory receiving, storage, and order fulfillment during night shift hours
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with strict adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain accurate inventory records using WMS systems and barcode scanning technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely shipment processing and delivery
- Conduct routine warehouse inspections to maintain OSHA compliance and operational excellence
- Train and mentor new team members on standard operating procedures
- Resolve logistical challenges with proactive problem-solving skills
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Valid forklift certification or ability to pass company training
- Proficient in inventory management software and barcode systems
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication abilities for team coordination
- Reliable transportation to night shift schedule (10 PM - 6 AM)
