Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend shift team members (8-12 staff)
- Oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Ensure OSHA compliance and safety protocols are maintained
- Coordinate cross-functional team for seamless weekend transitions
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed documentation
- Implement process improvements for weekend efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years in warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Ability to work weekends with flexible weekday availability
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Forklift certification required (will train if needed)
