Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate weekend retail associates to achieve sales targets and service goals
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, visual merchandising, and safety compliance
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism and maintain high service standards
- Train and develop new team members on product knowledge and operational procedures
- Analyze weekend sales data and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with weekday management team for seamless operational handovers
- Ensure all store policies and brand standards are consistently upheld
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail supervisory experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven track record in sales leadership and team development
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays) with occasional holidays
- Proficient in retail management software and POS systems
- Valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
