Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse operations during weekend shifts (Friday-Sunday)
- Manage team of 8-12 warehouse associates, scheduling and performance coaching
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company procedures
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Investigate and resolve operational issues with minimal downtime
- Prepare shift reports and maintain accurate documentation
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless transition
Qualifications
- 3+ years warehouse/supervisory experience in logistics or distribution
- OSHA 30 certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficient in WMS systems (e.g., Oracle, Manhattan Associates)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50lbs occasionally and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Flexible schedule availability (Friday-Sunday 6AM-6PM)
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management
