Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend teams to achieve sales targets and operational excellence
- Execute inventory management procedures and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism and empathy
- Coordinate scheduling and ensure optimal staffing levels during peak weekend hours
- Monitor store security protocols and implement loss prevention measures
- Train new staff on brand standards and operational procedures

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or customer service leadership experience
- Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Fri-Sun)
- Valid Michigan driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Fluent in English; bilingual candidates strongly encouraged
