Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations including staff scheduling and inventory management
- Train and mentor part-time weekend associates on product knowledge and service standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and maintain high satisfaction metrics
- Execute visual merchandising and promotional campaigns during weekend shifts
- Monitor sales performance and implement upselling strategies
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail/supervisory experience
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Flexible availability for Saturday/Sunday shifts (5am-1pm or 11am-7pm)
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Valid Arizona driver's license (if required for store errands)
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
