Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend retail teams (4-8 associates) to achieve sales targets
- Execute inventory management and visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer escalations with exceptional service resolution
- Process cash transactions and maintain POS system accuracy
- Implement loss prevention protocols and security procedures
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless operations
- Train new associates on product knowledge and store policies
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality management experience
- Weekend availability mandatory (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory management software
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
