Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations including inventory control and workflow optimization
- Lead and mentor team of 8-10 warehouse associates to meet daily productivity targets
- Ensure strict compliance with OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Coordinate cross-functional communication between shipping, receiving, and quality control
- Resolve operational issues and implement corrective actions in real-time
- Conduct shift handovers and maintain detailed operational logs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in logistics or warehousing
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and inventory software
- Strong problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekends and occasional holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
