Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend staff to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Oversee daily operations including inventory management and quality control
- Resolve guest inquiries and escalate complex issues appropriately

Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
