Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor weekend staff (8-12 team members) ensuring exceptional guest experiences
- Manage inventory, cash handling, and POS systems with precision
- Resolve escalated customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for seamless weekend operations
- Train new staff on service standards and safety protocols
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and maintain operational documentation
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Proven ability to manage high-volume weekend operations
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking skills
- Valid California Food Handler certification required
- Ability to work flexible weekends including holidays
- Proficiency in POS systems (Toast experience preferred)
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent command of English and Spanish a plus
