Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend operations across warehouse and distribution teams
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Train and mentor new weekend shift employees
- Resolve operational issues with minimal disruption to workflow
- Generate performance reports for weekend shift metrics
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors for handover efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of warehouse/supervisory experience
- Strong knowledge of WMS systems and logistics software
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedules (Fri-Sun)
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Forklift certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
