Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend retail operations including staffing, inventory, and visual merchandising
- Lead and mentor 5-8 weekend associates through performance coaching and task delegation
- Execute flawless store opening/closing procedures including cash management and security protocols
- Deliver exceptional customer service experiences while resolving complex inquiries and escalations
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement strategies to achieve weekend targets
- Train associates on product knowledge, POS systems, and brand standards
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless operational continuity
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail supervisory experience with proven weekend shift leadership
- Expertise in loss prevention, inventory control, and visual merchandising
- Strong conflict resolution and customer relationship management skills
- Proficiency with retail POS systems (e.g., Square, Shopify) and MS Office Suite
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative team dynamics
- Flexible weekend availability including holidays and special events
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
