- Provide in-store customer support and product demonstrations during peak weekend hours
- Process transactions accurately while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless store operations
- Assist with inventory management and visual merchandising tasks
- Train new staff on weekend procedures and customer service standards
- Contribute to weekend sales targets through upselling and promotional activities
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or retail experience
- Availability for flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 10AM-6PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Spanish bilingual proficiency strongly preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license for occasional errands
