Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks with precision during weekend shifts
- Provide outstanding customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Monitor and maintain inventory systems for weekend operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve urgent issues
- Document all shift activities and handover information accurately
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Support weekend project implementations and system updates
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1+ years experience in customer service or operations
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Basic knowledge of inventory management preferred
