Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and account details.

- Ensure all service level agreements (SLAs) are met during shift hours.
- Assist in onboarding new team members and sharing best practices.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or tech support.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection (mandatory for remote applicants).

- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts with a stable weekday off.
