Responsibilities
- Supplement 40+ weekend staff members across receiving, inventory, and shipping departments
- Optimize weekend operational workflows to meet 95% on-time delivery targets
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance standards
- Coordinate cross-functional teams for weekend inventory audits and cycle counts
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational disruptions within 2-hour SLA
- Generate weekend performance reports for Monday leadership review
- Train and mentor weekend shift supervisors on process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- 5+ years warehouse operations experience with weekend shift management
- Advanced proficiency in WMS systems (Manhattan or Oracle preferred)
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety credentials
- Proven ability to lead teams of 30+ personnel in high-volume environments
- Data-driven decision-making experience with KPI optimization
- Strong conflict resolution skills with union/non-union workforce
