Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend warehouse operations including receiving, inventory management, and outbound shipping
- Lead and mentor a team of 15+ weekend associates, ensuring performance targets are met
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Collaborate with weekday management teams to ensure seamless operational handovers
- Monitor safety protocols and compliance with OSHA and company standards
- Generate and analyze weekend performance reports for senior leadership
- Coordinate with vendors and carriers to resolve logistical disruptions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics/warehouse management with weekend shift exposure
- Proven track record of leading teams in high-volume distribution environments
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in WMS and ERP systems
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent safety training
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in multi-location operations (TX/MO preferred)
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
