Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor high-speed manufacturing equipment and automated assembly lines during weekend shifts.
- Conduct routine quality assurance checks and inspections to ensure compliance with ISO standards.
- Perform preventive maintenance on machinery and report any malfunctions or safety hazards immediately.
- Adhere to all strict safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements.
- Manage inventory and raw materials, ensuring efficient workflow and minimizing waste.
- Complete detailed production logs and shift reports accurately and on time.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Technical or Vocational degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse setting.
- Experience operating heavy machinery (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) is a plus.
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Friday - Sunday) with high reliability and punctuality.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read technical schematics or blueprints.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
