Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support and troubleshooting for enterprise clients during weekend shifts.
- Manage and resolve a high volume of incoming support tickets within SLA (Service Level Agreement) timeframes.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with the on-site team lead to identify process improvements and operational bottlenecks.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers or Tier 2 support as necessary.
- Ensure a positive customer experience by maintaining a professional and helpful demeanor at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Computer Science or IT is a plus.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, help desk support, or technical operations.
- Mandatory Requirement: Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (4 days on, 3 days off schedule).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose technical issues quickly.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
