Responsibilities
- Coordinate weekend warehouse operations including inventory management and order fulfillment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend delivery targets
- Document daily activities and maintain accurate records of transactions
- Uphold strict safety protocols and quality standards during all shifts
- Assist in training new weekend staff as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred
- 1+ years of warehouse or logistics experience
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Physical stamina to stand, lift (up to 50 lbs), and operate machinery
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for equipment operation)
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
