Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, damage, and discrepancies.
- Package and label goods securely for transport to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Manage inventory records and update stock levels in the warehouse management system.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping issues and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail environment is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Must possess a valid Forklift Certification or be willing to obtain one within 30 days.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
